Does excessive masturbation causes hairloss?

i've been looking it up recently, most say it's unhealthy because of the high DHT levels and whatnot, makes you groggy, depressed etc. i've been jacking off 1-2 times a day for around 5 years, i'm 20 now and i have a receding hairline and some thinning on the crown. just this week i've been jacking off every once very 2 days.

how many jack off sessions a week is healthy, or is it all bullshit?
