Hit up your local state employment office and ask them about workforce training grants. Or ask them about companies that are willing to train for hire. Get a valuable skill like welding or something. Or even get a credit card and build your credit for a couple years and go take out a student loan for some kind of technical training like welding or plumbing or pipe fitting.

I just got my HSED recently, was pretty easy if you aren't retarded, get a kaplan book and study daily go through the book 2 or 3 times before you take test but don't stall

Enroll in community college and get an associates degree in engineering in two years.

Transfer to a good 4 year state school and graduate in two years

You'll now be 26 or 27 and make at a minimum 60k a year with benefits.

Work for a few years, and get your MBA

Now you can easily make over 300k a year by the time your in your 40's.
