Bear with me.
I'm week two of hitting the gym 5 times a week.
It's been three days where I wake up with the body feeling tired and the tireness pain when I wake up.
is this normal?
coming from complete potato.

Yes it is normal and will go away as your body adapts to training.
Post your routine. 5 days a week is almost certainly too much

push through, body is adjusting. Make sure you also get your nutrients and rest.
Yes lil noob.
I think its the body detoxing. Happens a lot when i hit legs. Blood is finally flowing to different areas and your body is renewing

Yes fat ass.
It is.

>non op potato here
Is 5 times a week too much if your doing practical SS + 1km run 3x a week, and a 5km run the other two?

Monday is legs day.
Tuesday is chest day.
Wedsneday is back day.
Dunno the english names of the exercises, but they're around four or five exercises, doing 4x10 repetitions.

>rather than research the mechanistic cause of DOMS, i just make up nonsense about how i feel
Are you a woman?
Answer honestly

You want a medal or something?
Shut the fuck up and keep training. You're gonna make it faggot

Running isn't working out, so it doesn't even count, just a tasty little snack.
As an aside, I highly recommend you try barbell complexes as a form of anaerobic cardio
