What do you listen to when you work out?
For some reason I have this curse in which I cannot listen to anything other that Fall out Boy (their old stuff)
Here's on of my favorites

If you listen to any music similar to this please suggest, I'm currently trying to expand my workout playlists

not the biggest fan of screamo,
my friends are into it, is it like an acquired taste?

Listen to it all the way through. That's just the intro.
No time for caution with space visuals

Thrash, first wave black/speed metal, and heavy metal recently.
Just something with energy and drums I can tap my feet to. I enjoy doing that.

Ive never liked screamo or really fast paced songs. My playlist pretty much consists of soul and some classic rock. Occasionally ill listen to rap (nas/50cent/the game/flatbush zombies)

Podcasts work way better for me than music. I usually listen to Economics, History, or Current Events shows. Since I'm interested in these topics (and they're relevant to my job), the extra knowledge and perspective distracts me from pain. I end up lifting heavier as a result. Music helped, but the more concrete stimulus from podcasts helps me more.

I listen to whatever they are playing in the gym. My motivation comes from within not from the music i listen to.
