I always do side planks/planks and other core excercises as a warm up. I feel more stable this way and can brace better. Sadly, I havent figured out yet how to do hypers/reverse hypers in my home gym so I dont know about those.
Maybe I could do something like seated gms instead but Imnot sure if they have the same positive effect on lower back and posture as reverse hypers.
