/fit/ ive been at a cutting streak for almost a month now, i stopped counting calories for sometime. Now I'm on a month streak and i genuinely feel like shit right now because i exceeded my calorie goal by 800 calories today. Nothing like before, if i exceeded it it was max 100 calories.
Does anyone have this as well?

When I'm cutting, I prepare my food for a whole day in the morning and put it into one place (let's say a basket).
During day I'm eating only food from that basket, so there is no way to exceed my calorie goal. If I'm too greedy and start to eat too much I know my basket will be empty too soon and I'll be starving for the rest of the day.

I don't worry much about counting calories. I just eat stuff that is healthy and makes me feel full. Meat with some veggies can keep the hunger away for a long time.
As for personal progress, The Long Cut continues to go pretty well. Started out at 275 lbs in April, now I'm at 212 lbs. I don't even think of myself as looking fat anymore when I have clothes on (I'm >>39105747 )

Been cutting since April on a 1 k deficit, people say it's really bad and will destroy you but I honestly feel no difference in my energy level, even compared to when I was bulking at 3000+. To be fair I haven't been as strict as I should have been and thus only lost 35 pounds, but still.

I should have ran keto months ago.
Had my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend. Went to an Italian place, smashed a pizza the next day, and finished it off with 2 pints of Ben and Jerrys. Week 9 of my fat loss and I started with 302 lbs, last week I weighed in at 264.1 lbs. Tomorrows weigh in is going to be something else lol.

I've been 'cutting' for 2 years and 3 months now. I'm fucking done with this bullshit. 6'1" ... started at 218 (disgusting) ... and now having made it down to 180 i'm at like 190 ish maintaining right now. but i looked good at my lowest weight so far, in the face... fuckin look like shit right now. ive been fucking up drinking and eeting like shit. but i'm gonna fucking get down to like 160 before the year sis over god damnit. shits happening, fit. today i ate like 1400 kcal and im gonna do this shit hell yeah
