Probably my ADD meds wearing off if I had to guess. I take them early in the morning & maybe it's them wearing off. I really don't eat a lot during the day. Does doing cardio make you hungrier?

Don't do this. It only works if you have time and are hungry during the day. There is never a need to force feed yourself.
If you dont eat during the day try to only give yourself 1 hour a day to try to get your daily calorie intake in one meal. I doubt you'll break 2000 cals in a sitting. Cardio does cause hunger, since its an activity we did to hunt in the past. But it doesn't increase metabolic rate except maybe a negligible amount, so no adding calories to your intake for it.
