Zinc

Magnesium
Vitamin D

>>
>>39101811
How much of magnesium should i take?
>>
>>39101875

zinc and d are great and may also increase test

b6 is probably unnecessary unless you're a vegan or an alcohol

magnesium helps avoid cramps and something

studies don't really portray multivitamins positively but it might just be about research setting
>>
B6 lowers prolactin, which is good, unless you lower it too much.
>>

it's ok but d3 is too low.

Just make sure you're not taking magnesium oxide every day. That's the standard and cheapest form that you'll find at the supermarkets and drug stores unless you wanna shit 5 times a day. Magnesium Citrate is good, but Magnesium Chelate is best. It's harder to come by Mg Chelate and it's more expensive, but it has the highest absorption rate.
>>
>>39101921
250-500mg a day is good. Just spend the money on the more expensive forms like Chelate or Citrate. There are others as well, but just avoid Oxide. It has a really strong laxative effect and the magnesium isn't really absorbed into your body as well as the other forms.

this. one of the very few supplements proven to be worth taken. check pubmed.
>>
A warning:

B Vitamins definitely have positive effects if you are deficient. If you're already getting B-vitamins from eating lots of meat, taking a multi and supplementing b6, you are asking for trouble. This is over supplementation and can bring you to a world of shit.

Believe you me. I've gotten Pyridoxine(b6) toxicity twice before and its not fun. Trigger fingers/toes, pain in the joints, numbness in the feet, feeling of mania and not able to sleep more then a few hours a day.
>>
Magnesium is good for when I haven't shit in a couple days.
>>
>>39101811
Needs creatine, vitamin k2 MK4 and omega 3

>>
buy vitamins that are chelated, like zinc picolinate instead of zinc oxide for example. Other wise you're just wasting your money

For about three to four months a year I literally go to work when it's dark stay inside all day and leave when it's dark again. I had trouble with my mood and slight depression and found it was linked to low vit d levels.
