In a normal person the tendons are much stronger than the muscles. Weights you can realistically lift at any one time won't snap your tendons.

If you develop unnatty strength you might get so strong your muscles are stronger than your tendons and you will be able to lift weights that will snap your tendons.

Tendons usually are just fine, IF you are using a realistic weight, and not doing anything dumb.

Issues come up near your 1RM, and sometimes can happen with a lighter weight - BUT only after the damage was done with something heavy.

Say you damage your shit lifting something too heavy and then its hanging by a thread.

You then pick up a light dumbell, or try to open a door for some stupid bitch like a Beta faggot. As you are groveling in action your biceps now rolls up your arm and you can't even beat your fucking cock later thinking about the dumb bitch who tore your biceps.
