I ate pretty much exactly as I said. I always look at the back of the food packaging and enter it into my diary before even starting to eat.
I burn when I work for 5-8. The job requires walking briskly, squatting every ~1 minute and always carrying an item up to 25lbs.

Try a day where you eat your TDEE and then try again.

You must be miscounting somewhere or perhaps since you're eating so little calories, your body is going into starvation mode and holding on or something.

Jesus Christ. Calories doesn't matter. And that statement isn't somehow Newton's laws. No body every takes poop into account. Your body is wonderful at weight management, but you must feed yourself correctly.

The tl;dr: zero carb, meat and water only.

TDEE of 2500, daily intake under 1000. 10 days. 4 days TDEE of 4000+, same intake.

Should be at 4500+ and under 800 by monday. Yes, reaching 1lbs a day is possible, OP is just over/underestimating it all.

My best cut was 27lbs in 6 weeks. 20 of those in the first 4 weeks.

Fatlifts did 40-50 in a month once.
