I can't get my daily calories and protein in without milk and I cannot drink it anymore, I get super bad indigestion.

What's something like milk that I can drink all day or munch on that has a shitload of protein and calories?

You absolutely need milk for only 3200kcal? Do you have time to cook? You can make soups or stews easily. Something you can put in a thermos and drink throughout the day? A small amount of effort can yeild days worth of food so long as you're smart about it. 3200kcal at my paltry height of 5'8" is my maintenance for 163lbs.

Mine is anecdotal of course, but yes. I go to the gym daily for 90 minutes and on my feet all day in a warehouse job, cardio once a week. I stopped gaining weight at 163lbs. Continued eating at 3200 for two weeks just to be certain.

I do SS 3 times a week with added pullups and chinups

i also go on sundays and work calves, forearms, and do chest hypertrophy

any ballpark idea on how much I should be eating if I'm trying to gain as much muscle as possible?

Sounds like you need to pick a ballpark kcal, like perhaps the goal you had in mind, and eat it until your weight stops changing so you can find your real TDEE. Calculators are nice, but finding your actual number is really important if you want to build lean mass carefully. If your goal is as much weight as possible while lifting hard, ie: dirty bulking, don't even worry about kcal and just eat until you can't eat anymore for every meal and stop at your goal weight.

lol, you have to figure out your TDEE from experience. I'm 5'10, and every calculator on the net had me at 2500 for maintenance, so I ate 3000 for three months and only gained about 8 lbs. Now I've been on a cut at 2000 for one month and lost the same amount of weight.

Don't be like me, measure yourself and increase your consumption until you are gaining 1 lb a week. Then when you feel fat subtract 1000 cals and cut.

that's fine, but whatever you do, do it consistently or you will learn nothing and be back at square one. Make sure you eat the same amount of calories per day for awhile
