a) Dietary cholesterol is not correlated with blood cholesterol, and the amount you're eating is not a large source of saturated fats either. In fact you should have saturated fat in your diet, more than your getting from those 4-6eggs you're eating.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3648753/
b) not true at all, the one on the right has been hard boiled for the correct amount of time, and the one on the right has been hard-boiled for too long. Also neither chickens nor eggs are genetically modified. If they mean the feed the chickens have had, it's still retarded because GMO has been shown to have no negative effects, and quite a few positive ones.

If you are an obiese hypothyroid diabetic don't eat eggs

The right egg is actually overcooked to shit or not cooled after boiling, which caused them to go over because the egg was "boiling"

Let me tell you about eggs.
the right one is very overcooked.

My father who lives on a farm (but doesnt keep chickens himself) gets his eggs and many other food items from other local (small) farmers, and he usually trades his meat from game. Yes, my father lives a pretty /fit/ life.
Those eggs are NOTHING like the ones you get in the store, even the so called organic ones. The color of the yolk almost looks like lava, its very orange. And they hold a million flavors you never thought an egg could have. They're usually smaller than the ones you get in store as well.

So the easiest way to tell apart a high level egg is from the taste. I dont think you get by just comparing the color of the yolk because nowadays they can probably add some coloring to it so it looks like the ones above.

If your living situation permits you to buy some stuff from local farmers, even if its just an apple or a tomato, fucking do it. You will never see store bought food the same way again.

pic unrelated one of our dogs we use for hunting
>>
this pic is misleading. most eggs will do that just from oxidation. organic is better but even organic eggs arent the best either. chickens are still fed corn and soy on average.
>>
>>39088042
Do his eggs have more yolk (or less white) in them as well? At my uncle's farm the eggs from the chickens have a different yolk to white ratio compared to what you get in the store. The shells are also completely smooth, whereas the store ones can be coarse with tiny bumps.
>>
Anyone have the copypasta about forcing a girl to eat eggs?
>>
>>39084730
eggs are completely unrelated to these conditions lol

obesity if you're trying to lose weight you can still lose weight if you're eating eggs assuming you're in a calorie deficit

hypothyroidism requires hormone treatment and once again, if overweight, calorie deficit

and diabetes has nothing absolutely nothing to do with anything found inside of an egg. you clearly are completely retarded.
>>
>>39088042
I know what you mean, my father keeps chickens himself and their eggs are nothing like the storebought ones.
Also, that's a cool doggo.
>>
>>39088042
>The color of the yolk almost looks like lava, its very orange. And they hold a million flavors you never thought an egg could have. They're usually smaller than the ones you get in store as well.
Can confirm, they also smell much more distinctly of sulfur.
>>
>>39088042
My experience with home grown chickens is a bright yellow yolk. Way better than store bought as well
>>
>>39086775

Taste, yes. But they're slightly undercooked. Still fine to eat tho. They have been heated up enough to be safe even in case of salsamanilla.
>>
>>39088159

Chicken eggs taste and smell a bit of what the chicken ate. That's no secret really. But the difference in micro nutrients is negligible.

Might be important on a near starvation diet though. You take all the good stuff you can get per kcal.

Meaningless on a bulk.

I get eggs from my brother in law. Though whenever they had fish I politely decline. Fishy eggs nothnx.
>>
>>39088162

If you feed them flax and other stuff high in fat, especially omega x fats they go orangey. That's not a meme, I had my brother in law test it. Gave him a large bag of flax and the eggs went orangey over the course of a week. After the flax ran out it slowly went back to yellowish Orange.

Overcooking still makes them greyish though.
