I'm really not that into aquatic / "summer" scents. I'm more of a fall/winter scent type person as you can tell. I only really have like 3 colognes for the summer. Cool water , Swiss and Lacoste. But I received that bottle of Lacoste like 10 years ago, and it smells a little funky so I don't wear it really.
From what I remember it was very fresh, albeit subtle scent.

Like the old saying "you get what you pay for". Invest in something high-end for special occasions. Use something cheaper for everyday wear. I go with Caliber by Stetson ($15 for 1oz bottle) for whenever. For going out and actually needing to smell good I use Yves Saint Laurent pour Hommes (~$90 for a 3.3oz bottle). Just take your time sampling before you drop nearly a hundred bucks on one.

I bought it recently.. It's quite expensive.. And I put a spray in the morning.. Went to work etc.. Then st the gym after work, I was working in on the lat pulldowns with a hot girl and she told me I smell amazing. Ended up grabbing a protein shake after the gym with her. Got her number etc. She was dtf but I don't have my own place neither does she, so we'll do it another time.
