Auto-diagnosed tho, never went to a psychiatrist. I did went to a psychologist for a while last year but he was friendly and I acted too normal with him, so he probably thought I was ok.
You can't stop saying weird, incoherent shit and once you're aware of it you avoid interacting with everyone, this is the reason why these illnesses make you end isolated
