Hey, /fit/
So I've been working on my diddlys, and my back keeps rounding, especially on higher reps. Any tips on keeping neutral spine alignment? Have a pic of my cunt ex girlfriend.

Keep looking up. Maybe work on your lower back. How much are you lifting?
Also, any more? Maybe some where we can see some nip?

double overhand
do 20 rep rows to practice keeping a stable spine under load

Lower the weight
There should be no such thing as "higher reps" in deadlifts too. You're not curling in the squat rack. Don't go over 7

These two are all I have, sorry. 3pl8, 5x5, at 5'11 225 lb.

Okay, I'll try bent over rows next session. Never did them before. I'm usually double overhand. I fell for the "pull sumo, eat butt" meme and now conventional makes me feel like I'll snap my shit every time I try.

Go ahead and fuck your back up. Doesn't matter to me.

picture not related, then?

Lol, that's not me. Pic unrelated.

Disappointed I can't see her nips. But thanks. Lower your weight by 5% until you're feeling like your back is straight
Work on flexibility. Had rounding issues but then stretched my hamstrings every second day pretty hard. Now its fine.

I'd also recommend Good Mornings to help with muscle memory.
