Should I use this contraption for HIIT instead of running?
What should I set resistance to?
Bump not OP but I'D LIKE an answer
Buy a rowing machine 2bh
I use the bike for sweet hiit cardio gains to improve my run without fucking up my knees, I'll comment on it a bit later after I see how well it's transferred to running if at all, I usually got with about level 10 resistance, whatever I need on a particular day to get my HR up to 180+

This one doesn't have that shit
I want to try this bike instead of the other because my feet fly off the pedals when I go too hard on hiit
>>39072002
Turn the resistance up higher then

Only do this if you want your back to end up in snap city.

I thought hiit wasn't done with resistance?

My gym is so old it doesn't have one of these. I use a stairmaster instead.

I don't see why not, if not inI tilly then gradually increase as you improve, but I use resistance to get the most out of it.
