How come a 150lb manlet can Bench 4pl8 but you can't even bench 2pl8 even though lanklets are supposed to be better?

No one here lifts you dumb mong
>>39067671
Lanklets blown the fuck out.
While you bulking 6ft fatties do SS for "muh strenth" this manlet makes you look pathetic
Lanklets using the same ROM as him could probably bench the same if not more, no one's impressed by you moving 4pl8 a few centimeters
>>39067888
Loool you sound assblasted that he pause benches more than you deadlift
"muh rom" excuse
This is why all the world record holders are above 6ft right?
>>39067838
Pretty much this.
>77"+ wingspan
J-just fuck my shit up, I move the bar like 100 miles to complete one rep
>>39067657
>that nignog confounded that the Asian is out lifting him by several orders of magnitude
Thank god he quickly started strutting around with invisible watermelons to recover his ego.
>tfw no blackbro to fistbump after 1RM

>He doesn't know that /fit/ is full of beginners and guys that don't lift
No shit someone who has trained for longer than 6 months can lift more than most of /fit/
Its a fucking no brainer
This thread is bad and you should feel bad
Problem is bench height. Most are around 45cm, but for very tall men (6'5"+) they would need to be around 52cn.
>>39067657
I can also bench 4pl8
(if the pl8's aren't 45s)
wow, I wonder how long he has been lifting and what his routine looks like
>>39067657
>lanklets
>good at benching
no
>>39068178
dude shut the fuck up
no unironic posts allowed
>>39067888
>hey guys, I didn't even see the video
>>39067888
His ROM is as big as it can possibly be
This isn't Isley rom, this is way bigger

answered my own questions
looks like he's been benching since he was a freshman in highschool. So he's been lifting for about 18 years. 4 years to get to 310 and another 4 to get to 365. Then another 10 fucking years to get to 410.
His progress reminds me of a kid I knew in highschool who started lifting freshman year and by the time he was a senior was benching 3pl8 for reps.
Here's where I found this info and his routine: http://gravitus.co/blog/ufpwrlifter-path-to-410lb-bench-press/
A lot more volume than i would have expected.

Gonna try this and see if it brings me to 2pl8 better then 531
>>39067657
because he is much stronger than i
also i can bench lmao2pl8
>>39067888
you should probably take a break from posting
>>39067888
>bar is clearly touching his chest

>t. dwarf
calm down there munchkin
>>39068303
Well, clearly hes doing something right.
honestly the volume reminds me of German volume training, and I remember seeing significant strength gains when i did it three years ago. but recently my progression has stalled so maybe Ill give this a try.
