Delts for sure. This is the reason so many bodybuilder have to put so much slime in their shoulders to build up scar tissue to give more "size" to the area.
On stage the bigger your delts are, the wider you are compared to the other guys.
Also, wider shoulders give the illusion of a smaller waist, thus helping your V-taper
