I used to think similarly. The thought of getting 1b exp+, high ranks overall and skills, 50m, 100m skills was some kind competitive trap, an efficiency dick measuring competition for me.

I lived like this for a year a few years ago, the only 2 things I did was work 3 days a week (sat+sun so it upped my salary quite a bit) and play video games. It was super fun in the beginning but after about 6 months I started drinking every day because I got so incredibly lonely. Sounds like you have the same problem I did. I got hooked on Destiny and never quiet quit Runescape for the last 10 years. I just had to quit cold turkey for a while

I started lifting again and picked up a couple other hobbies like learning piano. Pick up an instrument that you've always wanted to learn. Bitches love the guitar but if you don't want a sloot try the piano.

After I established some good habits I picked back up on the vidya. Now I still dedicate time to everything else during the day but when I have spare time and nothing else to do I play some vidya

If you really are like me it's not about forcing yourself to learn moderation, it's more about kicking the habit until you're more responsible with your time

Video games just started boring me one day I hardly ever play them anymore
