Could you guys post approximate stats you had by the time you jumped off SS/SL? please?
120kg squat
130kg dead
75kg bench
60kg ohp
65kg powerclean
Still going
>>39043211
>120kg squat
>130kg dead
U wot lad? Is this 1RM?
>>39043211
Almost fell for it.
Top tier bait/10
>>39043231
200lbs body weight
Those are working weights lol. It's not even that good lol
>>39043197
does it matter? youre done after your 3rd deload
>>39043249
They're fucking ridiculously disproportionate lad.
How can you squat 120kg and only deadlift 130kg?
How can you OHP 60kg but bench only 75kg?
>>39043262

And set low enough so no one would suspect anything.
>>39043262
Started on 60kg deadlifts when I should've started on 255
I pressed three days a week and only just started benching two weeks ago
Come at me
>>39043197
3x5x148kg squat
1x5x177.5kg diddly
3x5x108kg bench
3x572kg press
shit powerclean
11 chins
BW around 90-95kg, significantly bigger and more muscular than where I started
>>39043274
I have my training log if you wanna see it lmao
Stopped doing 5x5 squats 3 times a week when i reached 130kg. Went for a pyramid thing with fewer reps/heavier weights instead. Don't remember the other stats.
>>39043286
Wow dat press
>>39043262
stay back and watch me boi:
Dead: 100kg
Squat: 80kg
Bench: 80kg
OHP: 50kg
for 4+ reps each
>>39043197
Stop once you reach 0.75/1.25/1.75/2x bw
or, you know, actually read the book
>>39043317
only 3 reps and barely above deadlift WR, kinda weak
>>39043274
>>39043262
Come at me rofl
Squat 5x5x215 lb
Deadlift 1x5x350 lb
Bench 5x5x185 lb
Ohp 5x5x115 lb
Had to switch it up because I had stalled for so long (2+ months) on everything except for deadlift.
Switched to 5/3/1 and crushed it for at least 6 months. And I'm of the opinion that 5/3/1 is a shit program. I was on SL and the 5x5 was far to stagnant for me to progress--even if it was just psychological.
>>39043262
>How can you OHP 60kg but bench only 75kg?
i did 60kg ohp for 5x5 before i've hit 75kg 5x5
100kg squat
57kg OHP
70kg bench
124kg deadlift
I'm 65kg manlet
Squat - 340
DL - 405
BP - 265
OHP - 165
PC - 205
>>39043404
My legs are still pretty small
Big ass pecs and back for some reason
Decent arms
Ok shoulders
>>39043320
>Squat: 80kg
>Bench: 80kg
>>39043456
Pulled a quad in my third month of liftan and only now recovering
Deadlift: 106 kg
Bench Press: 52 kg
Overhead Press: 58 kg
Pendlay Row: 58 kg
for the ss working sets(3x5 or 1x5 for DL):
first run after like half a year of totally random lifting:
squat 95 -> 125
bench 60 -> 90
ohp 45 -> 60
DL 100 -> 165
bw from 75 to 80 i think
second run after a year of no lifting, hit just about 1/2/3/4 for 1-3rm before the hiatus:
squat 90 -> 125 (form issues)
bench 75 -> 115
ohp 45 -> 67.5
DL 130 -> 180
bw from 80 to 94 (gomad not even once)
>>39043493
I had a lite gyno so i was insecure to workout chest because i thought the gyno will show more if i workout chat, turn out to be the complete opposite
>>39043286
>>39043493
Time frame boys?
I am stalling right now at 80kg (from 70) and
125kg dl (1x5)
95kg 3x5 squat
67.5 3x5 bench
45 3x5 ohp
idk bb row
i'll be lifting for 3 months next week. Gonna switch to some kind of pyramid probably.
>>39043197
In Freedom Units:
Bench: 180 lbs
Overhead Press: 115 lbs
Squat: 230 lbs
Deadlift: 275 (or 285?) lbs
Forgot what my row was
>>39044424
Just remembered, never did rows. Did pull ups & chin ups instead. When I stopped:
Pull ups: Weighted 10 lbs x 5-6
Chin ups: Weighted 10 lbs x 8-10
>>39044424
Probably could have milked a bit more progress out of squat and deads, but not a bad place nonetheless
>>39043262
...wait how is this disproportionate
After 5 months I was doing nearly the same stats and my deadlift is higher and my bench is higher than my ohp by just 20lbs. Am I falling for the bait or people just don't expect these stats?
>>39044512
your numbers are your numbers and they will even out the longer youve been training. but usually
>deadlift is higher than your squat
>ohp is higher than your bench
>>39044551
sorry bench is higher than OHP lol
>>39043493
>Overhead Press: 58 kg
>Pendlay Row: 58 kg
What
Is this even possible? My Pendlay rows are 80lb (I know, dyel) but my OHP is fucking 50lb. I know I'm unusually weak, but shouldn't OHP be much harder than rows?
>>39043262
Because Le 1/2/3/4 is a humongous meme. Everyone's frame is different, and people progress at different speeds in different areas and also depending on their desires.
>>39043262
>How can you OHP 60kg but bench only 75kg?
Not him but I fucked my shit up (shoulder)
My current lifts in freedom units
>squats: 260
>bench: 160 (not benching until shoulder gets better, replaced with neutral grip dumbbell press, at the moment, per advice of candytoes)
>dl: 305
>ohp: 123
>rows: 165
also this >>39044551
>they will even out the longer youve been training
There was a point where my squats were 165lbs with my DL at 285
>>39043197
I went back and did SS+GOMAD after stalling at 270x5 squat and 400x1 DL. I got to 330 for 3x5 squat and 475x1 dl. Bench went from 205x5 to 225 3x5. OHP went from 130x5 to 140 3x5.
>>39043325
Don't stop at arbitrary weights. Stop when it doesn't work anymore.
1.83m, 100kg, 30%BF. Ate at maintenance.
>OHP: 65kg
>Bench: 95kg
>Squat: 140kg
>Dead: 150kg ( short arms, shitty grip)
1RM. Six months SL, GSLP. Had to switch to rep progression at 3 months.
squat : 100kg x 5
deadlift : 150kg x 5
bench : 80kg x 5
ohp: 55kg x 5
Been lifting 3 months
5'8 74kg
Squat 130kg
Bench 100kg
OHP 60kg
Deadlift 140kg
>every weight is in kg
Get the fuck out of here you tossers. Fit is an American board
190 kg x 5 squat
195 kg x 5 diddy
60 kg x 5 BP
50 kg x 5 Press
100 kg x 1 PC
I wish I was kidding/trolling but I'm not. Those were my legit numbers. I don't understand it either. Probably the biggest T-rex of all time back then.
>>39045851
What is your ape index? 4?
>Squatting 2pl8
>Can't bench 1pl8
B-brehs? Is it alright if I don't squat for a while?
>>39043197
135lb OHP
205lb bench
335 lb squat
405 lb deadlift
A year and some change later I'm at
195OHP
295 bench
485 squat
535 deadlift
>>39043262
Niggas is liars b
Switched to Phraks GreySkull from SS two weeks ago
>60kg squat
>35 kg OHP
>60 kg bench
>90 kg Deadlift
>45 kg row
Everything is up 10 to 20 kg
>>39045875
EVERYDAY IS LEG DAY ANON
>>39043357
What would you refcomend to switch to after SL then senpai?
>>39045871
I don't know (and no measuring tape). But I don't have super long arms. I've posted this video a number of times before, but it was filmed right at that time to give you an idea:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVckwZ5t_a8
So yeah. I was a twig. But somehow I could squat a shitload. dunno :^)
I've since gotten better (100 kg x 5 bp, 73 kg x 5 press atm) but I'm just awful at the upper body stuff. It sucks.
>>39043221
they're my 1 rep maxes. I think they're ok.
I weigh 70 kg and my stats are.
Squat: 115kg
Deadlift: 130kg
Front squat: 90kg
Bench: 95kg
OHP: 60kg
My stats are fucking shit, and they are barely going up.
SL 5x5, 6ft 185 lbs
DL = 280 lbs
Squat = 245 lbs (1rm)
Bench = 150 lbs
OHP = 95 lbs
Yea I fucked up my left shoulder a few months ago, all I do now is heavy squats, leg isolations and cardio. Even deadlifts make it flare up.
SL is good if you eat 3000+ calories or already have lifting experience and are trying to get back into it. Squatting heavy 3x a week for 5x5 started to really suck ass around the 200 lb mark, especially since I wasnt eating too much over maintenance.
Gonna try 5/3/1 when my shoulders healed.
Squat - 400
Bench - 285
Deads - 485
