Its awesome but hard as fk, former fatty with noobs gains, I can only do the first 3 levels out of 10, you need to be kinda fit already to perform decently.

Its also very rewarding, you use both brains & muscles, also the psychological factor of feeling like you will fall over helps you learn about your body and what you can achieve, even tho you though you couldnt.

Feels good to put the work you did in the fking gym to "real" use.
