I need to make some lifestyle adjustments
I'm pretty pudgy but I don't have much time to work out (between college and work and homework I only have about 6 hours a night to sleep and no time for anything else)
What are some ways I can adjust my diet so that I can shed some weight?

I usually wait til im starving when i eat(not hungry)... so when i first get that desire to eat, ill wait 30m-2hrs b4 eating(depending on how i feel on what i should do) it also makes ur food taste better :D. If you do this and discipline your mind sometimes ull forget to eat, which is healthy unless u should be eating when ur not....Bread is the bane of all cal cutting diets(@ 100 cal a slice) and be sure to stick with lean meats.

Find metabolism boosters eg Hot water, Apple cidar vinegar tonics, spicy foods, whatever.. do research on it(its usually foods/spices that stimulate activity in ur stomach, without adding any energy(0cals stuffs))
