Mayo and wraps are both pretty high in calories. Minus the wrap and mayonnaise, a good salad would be fine.

egg and toast sammies

2lbs of Chuck roast. Dry rub with taco seasoning. Put in slow cooker. Dump a big ass bottle of salsa on it. Cook for 8 hours. Discard salsa. Shred meat. Boom. Shredded beef taco meat to become shredded beef cake.
