When I do OHP on the way down I get a painful click in my left shoulder. Not a good pain, like a "bitch stop that" type pain.
It's the only exercise I feel any sort of pain on and really want to stop doing it since I don't want to snap my shit up. What else can I do for shoulders?

Go to a physio

Not the answer to the question I asked, and I am not going to a physio because my arm can't do one very specific movement at high weight.

This is your body telling you to stop. If you want to keep doing that without the pain, GO TO A PHYSIO.
There's no quick fix easy solution once you start feeling that type of pls stop pain in your body. If you don't want to go to a physio that's fine. Snap your shit up.

I don't, that's the point, I want to do a different exercise, that's the entire point of the thread.

Here's some good dumbbell exercises for shoulders OP. Dumbbell OHP might be more suited for you since the equipment is less static than a bar. If you still feel pain, get that shit checked out or at least stop straining your shoulders until you can because that means it could be a serious injury.
