Somehow I've got leaner, fuller and 5kg heavier by being a neet?
Only thing I can think of is scale is way off and I've just lost weight eating shit food, which is plausible considering I had two meals a day, and was fasted for roughly 20 hours a day.

Because you're so DYEL, at this point you're not going to see huge differences in 2 months' time. The difference you see is probably minuscule and mostly in your head. You could also have ate at a deficit while you were at uni. Unless you're counting calories you won't know.
