Hey fit. Is uphill sprinting better for my joints than sprinting on a flat track?
>>
>>39022488
No, in fact it's generally considered worse
>>
>>39022510
Could you link me to a study about that?

How the fuck did they manage to shave the chimp?
And for what purpose?
Killer side tri though
>>
>>39022530
Gonna google it instead lol. Interesting shit tho
>>
>>39022568
Honestly have no idea. But I would think thats its for hygenic purposes...? Fur covered in shit. Idk
>>

Alopecia Universalis. Humans develop it too. It's an autoimmune disorder where your body attacks all of your hair follicles.

To answer OP's question. Probably better. It'll be less impact but the angle of incline will effect which muscles you're using to move forward. More quad, glute, and calf focused as opposed to flat sprints where your hip flexors and hamstrings are working super hard.

Tbh just bike, swim or row. There is literally no reason to do any other kind of cardio.
>>
>>39022488
The chimp doesnt even look that big, how is it stronger than a human that weighs more and has more muscle mass? different fibers?
>>
>>39025438
muscle density

when they try to swim they sink like a rock

That's because of bone density, not muscle, and yeah, they gotta have stronger muscles too. An untrained chimp (not that I know of any trained ones) can deadlift 700 pounds kinda easy, so... it's more than just leverage

>how is it stronger than a human
different muscle composition for one, and no inhibition, the man has a vegetative inhibition upon its body, thus there is a certain limit you can use your muscles and beyond that the brain instigates fatigue to prevent chronical failure of muscles which could lead to inrepairable injury. this reflex developed over ages in humans, thus also making our body last longer than for example the chimps. animals do not have this muscle inhibition, so their muscles developed in a different pace than ours. only in rare occasions will our body release the inhibition and allow the muslces to go to absolute potential and those are death situations and protection of offspring (e.g. woman lifting a car to save her child).

Alopecia. They get ear, nose and throat infections because no hairs in nose. Australian rockstar/politician Peter Garret had it all his adult life.

not realizing that chimps store fat in muscles their muscles are half fat meanwhile humans have lean muscles and store fat under the skin.

Proof of that? Seems kind of unlikely that someone somehow taught a chimp how to deadlift
