I'm a month in and tomorrow I will be trying 65 lb for the second time.
Am I hopeless?
Also, what are your stats for barbell row?
Both barbell row and OHP are the two exercises I struggle with.

Strength takes time naturally guys, I started OHP with just the bar and last week I got 140lbs

OHP is so weird for me. One week I am doing 125lbs for reps and getting exciting that I'm gonna hit 1 plate soon and the next week I kinda struggle with 115

Weak lower back/core, I do deadlifts but less often
