My knees and hips are all fucked up and I can't do squats, deadlifts, rows or basically anything that puts pressure on the hips. Is there a way I can do a full body routine without putting pressure on my hips?
legs will be a challenge and your back will always tell about your lack of DL but other than that yeah
What about lex extensions, leg curls? can you do them?

Have you seen a sports physio about your problem?

Leg extensions, no
leg curls, yes
I don't really see much of a point in just doing curls though. Won't that just create an imbalance?

No I haven't because I can't afford it.

Buy a wheelchair and pretend you are paraplegic.

better than nothing
Just don't train legs for a while you faggot. Try and get some anti-inflammatory

It's definitely worth it to see a physio. I'm lucky my university has a sports physio facility in the gym. If you can, see one, even if it's a one-off.

Overhead presses, landmine presses, dumbell overhead presses (with or without some lean back), inverted rows.

As someone with similar problems, including tendonitis and terrible knees, you'll just have to find alternative exercises to the popular ones. I can't bench press, so I have to use the butterfly machine, for example. I can't barbell curl normally, so I have to do them in reverse (palms down). I'm forced to do mostly machines and a few bodyweight exercises, but I've seen proper gains over the last 5-6 months just doing 3 days a week, covering at least once every muscle group. You can do it, just don't give in to pressure and do something stupid that would put you out of the game for good, permanent irreversible damage isn't fun.

Tendonitis where?

Almost everywhere constant direct pressure is applied, but mostly palms. Imagine not being able to put direct weight on your palm facing up (curls, presses, squats etc.), now eliminate every exercise that does that. You're left with very little.

Damn, good luck with that.

You have the perfect excuse to never do a leg day.
