myfitnesspal is decent but I've seen that people who bank on it tend to cheat more. Here's what I do. I make a spreadsheet and have a column for protein, carbs, fats and calories. Go through the shit you eat ingredient by ingredient, portion by portion, and chart it all out on the spreadsheet. Finally, work to achieve the balance you're looking for with calorie goals and macro goals. See pic for example.
