I've lost 20 pounds just walking every day and I want to get into weight lifting. but I can't get over my self-consciousness.

I have a free gym in my building. I want to start 5x5, but I'm literally so week I have to start with the bar and I'm embarrassed as hell. I've literally walked into the gym and walked out, unwilling to lift if people are watching, afraid of their judging eyes.

how do I get past this? I've literally thought about getting up at 4AM, lifting, and going back to sleep.
