Try running sheiko. Your stats are very similar to mine when I stalled for a while. They key is to increase volume in the 75%-85% intensity range while practicing good form. This is what sheiko has you do.

Well then something is wrong, so instead of bitching on 4chan, take the time to correct and find it. It could be you need more volume, more sleep, more protein or something else. I recommend sheiko because its a very structured and easy program to follow and the volume may be more than what you're used to.

Noticing a pattern here. If you are like me and some other anons and stalling on 5x5 go down to 3x5. You don't need that much volume. You can do AMRAP on the last set if you like. The reason SL has that much volume is to get you used to working out. Once you are making steady gains you can roll it back and focus on form and recovery.
