My birthday was on Thursday and all I did was go to school, went to the gym and then came home. I don't really have any friends, so I didn't go out or really do anything. My family asked me if I was going out and I just lied and told them that all my friends were too busy with school.

I think they knew I was lying about having friends. I'm sure they felt sorry for me. My mom bought me some nice cologne, so maybe some cute aspie girl will complement me on it idk.

It's gonna be ok man. As you get older you will stop caring about birthdays and just see them as any normal day.

I don't know man.

When I was younger I had a lot of friends and everyone would always come to my bday party that my family threw for me.

I appreciate that but I'm a god damn loner by heart. I hate those things but still can muster energy to be hospitable and warm to everyone that came.

It's much better now that I'm an adult. I don't have to do these things and can just enjoy a nice quiet steak or burger with my liquor and my best doggo.

Usually it's just me and my best friend and his long time gf go for drinks/dinner.

If you're happy with what your doing, company or no, I think it should be enough.
