I binged on alcohol for about 8 months due to some personal circumstances. Stopped working out during this time. Put a little weight on but mostly just grew weak.

Stopped drinking, started SS up, started eating 300g+ protein per day as part of paleo diet. Gains for days, never experienced this quick of an improvement before.

Now I'm shooting past my previous PB's, continuing to put on mass and lose bodyfat at the same time. Quads are bigger than ever too.
