Fellow lanklet here, 6'5 100kg currently, started of 85kg, looking very much like you.

Here's the deal: you will look much much better if you lift. Muscle will create an appearance of being wider, and, as we are both that tall, insertions doesn't matter as much as filling.

You should focus on developing shoulders, lats and pecs. Do this and surely you will look good with shirt on.

I recommend you to start with phraks GSLP + rows + curls everyday lifting day. Do push-ups 6x a week, half of your maximum reps.

Again, envision that at first you want muscle filling, so youll look good with shirt on, not so goof with shirt off (but much much better than in op pic anyway).

Also, eat clean, slightly surplus, do your cardio; never skip days.
