Everything here is closed, so I went to my apartment gym. Lifting with hurricane level winds outside is very motivating.

was it the power reading? cuz if its a power reading it should just be in watts and its dependent on the resistance and how fast you cycle.

if its an energy reading itll be watt hours, kilowatt hours, watt seconds (joules), etc, and its dependant on the resistance, how fast youve been cycling and how long. itll add up over time and only get greater.

Tampa here. The city made mad atmosphere gains. Aesthetic blue skies, fast moving gray clouds, and barely any rain.
