>squat won't go up past 200kg
>deadlift is 180kg
Just kill me now

where you at
and don't puss out like little ibtch
>>38989403
Lanklets, when will they learn.
>>38989403
you do not squat to depth
>>38989444
long legs benefits the deadlift and makes squatting harder, you dumbass
>>38989403
It could be worse
>Squat 175kg
>Deadlift 230kg
so close yet so far from that 4 plate
>>38990048
^This
Everytime I hear people squat more than deadlift it raises a huge redflag.
>>38991277
unless they have incredibly stubby manlet arms, but even then it's very rare to squat more than DL
only exception is equipped powerlifters
>lifting for 2 months
>started with 40kg squat and struggled even with that
>at 72.5kg now and realised I have to start upping the weight every week as opposed to every session because i'm not able to complete the 3x5
>people get to 100kg squat in under 2 months
>i'm literally THIS weak that i'm already struggling at such a poverty weight
>mfw
Who cares about your shitty 5x5 program. You're still a bitch if you can't squat 400lbs x12 for even 4 sets
>>38992208
>mfw used to do calisthenics and did not train legs
>mfw I was at 40 squat after 1 month training
I felt fucking weak, and I was. Upper body was okay tho
>>38992208
I can barely squat the bar
>>38989403
How on earth is it possible that someone squats more than he deadlifts? I see this pretty often on /fit but never irl. My squat is a mere 150kg compared to my 220kg deadlift.
>>38992563
Played goaltender in hockey, developed a huge quad dominance. Took a year and a half to get my deadlift past my squat. Even now it's only slightly heavier than my squat
>>38992295
That is fucking pathetic. Try 600lb x 25 for 7 sets.
Fucking dyel fuccboi.
I bet you don't even take 2+3 scoops.
>>38991302
I squat more than deadlift because my deadlift form sucks
>320 DL 5RM
>180 squat 5RM
I wish I knew to stretch my hip flexors sooner, stopped me from squatting for a while
>>38990048
>tfw you only squat 2 plate
>tfw you feel better when you notice you are literally the only person you've ever seen in a gym who squats highbar atg
I just want some thicc quads and glutes, is that too much to ask?
>>38992824
That's a load of barnacles
>t. Another goalie who DLs more than squats
>>38993218
I'm not saying every goalie is like that. Just my experience. Also haven't tested my dl max in 3 months.
>>38992208
>people get to 100kg squat in under 2 months
Seriously stop listening to the liars on /fit/, people who get to 100kg in 2 months are either extremely dedicated, or more likely, on babby's first cycle.
>>38993020
your squat form probably sucks too
>>38989403
110kg x5 DL
100kg x5 Squat
60kg x3 Bench
Kill me now.
>Squat going up at 115
>Deadlift stagnating at 140
But why?
I'm definitely meant to be stronger on the deadlift, my leverages are really good for it.
>>38993456
I started at 40kg and now I'm at 75kg after a month of working out 4 - 5 times per week.
It probably depends a lot on form (something I worked on heavily at first) aswell as your body type etc
Hoping to reach 100kg within 1 - 2 months, so it doesn't seem unrealistic.
I don't know if I'd be considered "extremely dedicated", but I'm 100% natty and don't even use supplements aside from having tested whey 2 times.
>>38993489
If you've been working out for less than 6 months, it's not THAT bad.
>>38993456
Took me 5 months to rep 315 for 5.
>>38993820
10 MONTHS, bench stalling for months and months, dl and squat still increasing. I'm a 5'8 thin-boned manlet though.
>>38994165
I was progressing okay on bench then i failed a set and the bar came down on me, went back to 155 pounds and been there for like a month.
Too scared to go heavier.
