Never heard of it. Getting to at least 12% bodyfat, or lower if bad genes is step 1. Step 2 is shit like hanging leg raises and weighted decline crunches for enhancement. If you don't have visable abs, you have too much fat and nothing you do will give you abs besides losing fat.
