You know you're suppose to add RDL's on days opposite to deadlifts if you're highbar squatting on any beginner program, right?
>Tfw I just realized this which explains why my deadlift was stalling so hard
you know this, right?
Look, just because it's only you and me on this board doesn't mean you can address me directly, dude. Gotta keep up the illusion.
I've never done a RDL, and my deadlift is 6pl8.

Kind of doubt you deadlift 600lbs.
But do you do lowbar squats?

I don't squat either anymore.
I can't prove the 6pl8 but here is a 5.75pl8 from a couple months ago.

Nice.
Anyway the point of the thread was just to tell people about something I realized last night.
My deadlift was squatting and I always did highbar squats, so i started googling highbar squats on SS and found out that it's highly recommended to add some hamstring work like 3x5 RDL's on days opposite regular deadlifts
