I recently met a really awesome girl who I got along with very quickly. We talked about a relationship last night, and she wants one whereas I don't think I'm ready for the time commitment. I want to focus on myself before getting into my first relationship. I like her and shit, but I didn't think I was going to meet a girl like her so soon, especially during sophomore year, and I'm not ready for that. She thinks I'm making excuses and am just scared, which I am kind of scared. But she's giving me a second chance to think it over again. I don't know what to do. Other than that, my grades are good and I'm slowly building a stronger resume for medical school.

current workout: chest bis, back tris, legs, shoulders traps calves forarms. alternate daily 7x a week
Cardio 2-3x a week. Mile run, do parkour after. Reminds me not to keep mental barriers cause they're all bs.
diet: keto + IF 6 hour window minus protien shake after gym.
b down 20 lbs last month, crawling back up. hard sticking to the keto and if.
