I'm tired of swimming upstream /fit/
I've been jogging since April, mostly every other day, sometimes days in a row etc, but I try to jog 3-4 days a week.
But I seem to be increasing my endurance waaaaaayyyyy too slowly.
I've got to a 31 minute 5k, but I'm really fucking stuck at that time.
I jogged 5k yesterday, and I jogged today only 2.4 miles before I was fucking exhausted.
Why does my body fight me so???
Push yourself farther, not faster.

Lose weight, fatass.

I don't like sprints, I just want to jog at a quick pace, but I don't want to be a distance jogger

>>38971973
>how would that help though?
No idea but it worked for me. Just went longer than what I was able to do comfortably, and that limit started to extend.
>>38971973
You're 1 inch below manlet king status.

Nigga I'm 5'9 156 just keep running. If you don't feel like collapsing when you're done you didn't do it right, end of story. Also stop eating like shit
t. 24 min 5k to 22 min 5k in a week and a half

what the fuck is your definition of fat?
I'm sitting at about 17% bf, which is considered very healthy.
Sorry, I'm not fucking pinning test to get down to 12%

My diet is on point dude, but thanks for the encouragement.
How long have you been at it?
Do you have a couple of drinks on the weekend?
>>38972074
At 5'10", 158 pounds, you should be able to run faster than that before hitting serious walls. You don't need to lose weight. Just run farther and more

I will try this. Sometimes my knee that I fucked up when I was younger starts acting up....but I've gotten this far with it, so the only thing I can do is try more. Do you recommend 5 days a week running?
>>38972145
Only if you want. So frequent is not required for progress. It might even be detrimental, but I do not know. If you do run so often, get plenty of sleep.
