Really though you shouldn't be embarrassed to deload. Deloading is good to correct major fuckups before you learn the hard way.

But at the same time DO NOT fall into the fucking trap of eternally perfecting your form. Everyone can pull 135 with perfect form because form breakdown doesn't occur with lighter weights. You need to correct your form while still being challenged to some extent or otherwise every time you put weight on the bar your form will breakdown and you will go back to 135 wondering why it's not working.

Up the weight until you're just shy of your form breaking down and enforce the motor patterns there if you actually want to get something out of your deload.

If it turns out your form breaks down at 135 then it's probably not a skill issue and will be related to mobility or something instead, so try and resolve that issue before hammering away with the reps.

That's fairly normal, cutting and linear progression seem to clash a little bit. Maybe look at changing up your program, even though a more advanced program with undulating progression might not be as 'optimal', it's still going to work and it will remove that feeling of constantly hitting a wall.

Greg Nuckols has some pretty sweet customisable templates for all levels on his Strengtheory site.

Also if you're tracking a lift when cutting try not to use absolute numbers, because the reality is they will probably go down.

You can apply a coefficient to your lifting numbers (here: http://wilkscalculator.com/) which will give you a score for comparing lifts at different weights. If the score is increasing (even if your actual lift goes down) then it means you're getting stronger still. If the score is decreasing you might need to reduce the harshness of your cut if you want to maintain strength.
