Just by knowing some foods that are very low i kcal and high in protein you can eat a lot.
Cottage cheese and different kinds of fish is the cutters friend.

Me too OP. I was 260 this past June (343 at my worst two winters ago) when I started cutting and going to the gym regularly, put myself on a 1000 calorie deficit so I average about 1400 kcal a day for the past few months and it's just regular mode now. I'm down to 234 as of today. I'll continue to cut until I reach my goal weight of about 190. KEEP GOING OP!
