Like how long did I go without fapping? Maybe a month. I started again more out of boredom and not seeing results. I used to eat lots of eggs, not so much this past year. And I have been skipping leg day but I switched up my routine about two weeks ago and doing it. No real cardio though, occasional hiking.

These are signs of high test. A certain type isnt good for you called dht. Dht causes hair loss, low ed and irritability/ fight or flight. You can counteract by supplementing saw plemento or working your ass off in the gym and or running it off.

I will give you the keys to solve your problem :
1) Sleep at least 8 hours by night
2) Eat 2 or 3 eggs / day and 2 or 3 avocado / week
3) Never fucking miss leg day because when you train large muscle your body create a lot of testosterone.
