How much time re you spending between reps in this "1/1/1/1/1"?

Pausing for a moment to alternate a mixed grip and/or get more chalk is fine. Recovering from a set of one rep is not.

Here's what I do;
> Put bar down
> Breathe
> Reset bar/foot position
> Quickly reset grip if necessary
> Deep breath in
> Lift

Takes about 3 seconds.
