Fit im full of bad habits. and honestly its very hard to break them.
I smoke,
I fap to porn like 4 times a day,
I am not consistent with my gym schedule,
I procrastinate so much with school that i fall so far behind i get frustrated and just give up and get a zero,
I lost a whole bunch of weight last year....and gained it back plus 30lbs in less then a year.
i honestly don't know where to begin or end this stuff man and its starting to get me depressed.
i read online stuff about breaking bad habits but i don't seem to resonate with any of it.
any one been in a simular situation like this a broke free?
bumping for a reply

Change your life style. Get up earlier, drink more water, etc. Once you get into good habits it's easier to break bad ones. Masturbate less over a period of time, the same goes for smoking. Sounds like you're a faggot with no mental strength so you have to ease into things slowly as opposed to going cold turkey.

And if you fuck up and maybe masturbate 5 times in a day or smoke a full pack in a day, don't just give up and start slipping back into those bad habits again for good, but start afresh the following day.

it cant be as simple as "change your life style"
when stressful shit happens what prevents you to resort to going back to old ways? what prevents you from doing things that comfort you?

Change literally everything
>Stop smoking
>Stop fapping
>Go to the gym
>get your fucking work done

Read Allan Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking. Available online as a pdf
Start with that, cause smoking is the worst habit on your list
Then add in working out once youre off the darts
Then stop beating off so much
Then whatever else you want
1 thing at a time bro. Next year youl be a new man

I would quit smoking cold tukey, if you're disorganized it's hard to keep track of how much you smoke over a given amount of time
deciding that you will never smoke is simple and less complicated

underrated
choose to not do this shit, having a bad day and unloading one night is a given but don't let it effect your long term goals

hello, younger me. I see you are still a faggot.
no worries, it will pass (mostly). just keep trying, and you'll get it eventually.
love, future you.

i go through about half a pack a day.
i cut down alot from a pack and a half when my chest started hurt just walking up a flight of stairs at work...
i can understand the logic behind going cold turkey and just dropping the shit compleatly...
but what do you do when something stresses you out or gets you upset or you just want to be away from people for 5 mins?
someone told me that i use smoking as an excuse to be detached from the world...and some people even told me that i should vape because if i am going to be that way, might as well not kill myself while i do it....but i dont know man....its hard to just drop something that makes you feel so good....if there was an alternative or something...i just dont see it.

Trust me ive smoked for 10yrs and i read his 100pg memebook last week and i havent smoked since, even while absolutely hammered on the weekend
I legit no longer desire to. Its top tier shit m8

Pic the thing that seems easiest to change and think of some ways to execute it and then do it. Then use the momentum from that victory to kill the next habit.
I started with eliminating excess sugar. Now I'm working on cigs. Next is fapping to prons.
