When you smell the grills your test levels skyrocket.
Some gyms utilize an anti gravity generator to make the members feel stronger so they will return more often

>Warming up with 90 pushups
>look DYEL in mirror in weight room
>go to locker room, look in mirror there
> instantly become statue of david mode
??????
It's because there are people at the gym thus causing you to work harder due to "competition" which instigates your body to work more efficiently. Whereas at home your mother is the only one in the house to admire your gains.

Oh, please elaborate whats wrong with doing pushups as part of a warm up. And then, please give me some curl form pointers.
>>38968509
u srs?
>>38968516
Yea please give me your wise reasoning
>>38968509
What the fuck do you need to warm up for with 90 pushups? Are you about to jack off a couple of dudes? Because doing high rep warm ups like that will make you WEAKER for when you go to do your working set.

>>38968533
You do like 50% of your working weight
>>38968563
Pressups are ~65% of your bw
>>38968563
I feel better when i do them before benching, Especially my elbows which are a weakpoint of mine. Warms them up quite nicely. Have not noticed them making me weaker. And even if they do, who gives a fuck im not there to break records.
>>38967717
Complete opposite for me.
>barely able to do 2 reps weighted chinups at the gym
>easily do 5 reps with the same weight at home
Makes no fucking sense famerino, but I've been doing to do all my chinups at home and it works. Able to progress too.
>>38967717
Your gym looks like this
>>38968666
You home or gym has cheap weights
The "measure your weights" thing isn't a meme, it's real. Cheap weights can vary up to 5-10lbs from their stated "weight"
>>38968743
Just measured my weights I got at home. Exactly 20kg like it says, can't tell what the weights in the gym are though.
>doing pushups at the gym
Huh?!
I feel like there's a meme here I'm missing
>>38968736
+ rep
I have the same thing. I bought all kinds of home workout stuff but it just doesn't feel right. No energy, no stamina.
Also ignore the retards in this thread. Push ups are the GOAT way to warm up before benching etc.
>>38968354
>looks dyel in one mirror
>looks dyel in another mirror
Seems pretty consistent to me?
>>38968354
locker room mirrors have great lighting, usually lights in the ceiling point down at an angle. creates big shadows and exaggerates definition.
