Tricep extensions, dips, that kinda shit. I dont do biceps at gym so i have 40lb dumbells i use while im gaming when i go into custody on payday 2. I see a better response with that than i did with my 4x10 curls at gym tbqhfamalam

For biceps I do barbell and hammer curls.

Dips as a warm up for 3x8 is good too. Don't count it as an excersize. Ive noticed about a 30% difference in strength if i do an adequate arm warm up, so i canl lift more, etc.

Just speaking from personal experience, i have 13.5 inch noodles, up from 12.5. Someone may be able to give you more concrete info
