no, to bench more it is a good idea to bench more

3-4x a week is perfectly fine, look at Sheiko templates or most greg nuckols programs (both of which are regarded as great bench press templates)

Not OP but for someone who followed SS and has never had an impressive bench or OHP...

Is benchinf 3x good for like idk strengthening everything or anything that may be lacking from benching 3x over a 2 week period? (ABA, BAB template)

Just remember theres a huge difference between just benching for PL specificity and having a chest day everyday.

Benching right uses a lot of hamstrings calves and back and isnt too tolling on your pecs and tris. The rotator cuff and upper pecs are pussy muscles that injure easily for most so keep this in mind.
