If I ever choose to have children I'd go for a boy. No way I could ever be chill again with my little girl out in this world. I'd probably adopt one who is still very young, since there are already too many people out there.
First and foremost I'd help him find a hobby and a sport that he likes. Doesn't need to be lifting, although I'd try to introduce him to it once he is old enough / hits puberty.
