I eat 4 whole eggs and 6 whites daily when lean bulking. Shakes are better when cutting.

I eat 1.25L of protein smoothie, vanilla blueberry, for under 400 kcal.

I can up it to 600kcal and keep the volume the same. Or cut the kcals to 200 even. Still delicious.
